Help us get to our communities. We do work with low income, girls, women of color, LGBTQ, helping them get involved in self-defense, martial arts and fitness when they wouldn’t otherwise have the means. Your financial support will help continue our programs such as the Tuff Love Self-defense program, which provides our participants with a toolbox of skills to increase confidence and safety.
