At Four Elements Fitness, our core mission is to celebrate what the body can do. Our priority is to teach martial arts to people who may not feel comfortable in traditional training environments, particularly women, survivors of trauma and assault, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and their allies. Our programs and services enable individuals to realize their potential, connect with others, and feel respected and valued in body, mind, and spirit.

As a martial arts community with an orientation towards social justice, Four Elements regularly holds fundraisers and provides free programming for at-risk groups, girls & women, and  LGBTQ+ individuals.

Soft-Opening Special Access

 

Although we won't officially reopen until July, new students are welcome to join starting June 14. Please note that we are not fully set up, so our June schedule is temporary. Class schedules, pricing, and payment methods will shift starting with our grand reopening in July; the information below is only for students who wish to start early! 

 

PRICE: $50 flat rate for full access to all classes June 14-30

COVID SAFETY: All students must show proof of full Covid-19 vaccination at first class attended. Accepted proof: Vaccination card or photo of vaccination card. Masks are optional in gym for vaccinated students.
