At FOUR Elements Fitness, our core mission is to celebrate what the body can do. Our priority is to teach martial arts to people who may not feel comfortable in traditional training environments, particularly women, survivors of trauma and assault, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and their allies. Our programs and services enable individuals to realize their potential, connect with others, and feel respected and valued in body, mind, and spirit.
